Proposition 4 passed, granting $31.5 million toward the improvement of facilities at the Austin Film Studios, Zachary Scott Theatre Center, the Asian American Resource Center, the African American Resource Center, the Mexican American Resource Center, and Mexic-Arte Museum.
This piece became part of the integrated campaign for Prop 4 and was shown at fundraising events, Alamo Drafthouse screenings and posted on campaign websites.

Couches was 05min Production's first short film. It was written, cast, shot, and edited in 5 days to make the deadline for the Independent Film Channel's 20 Dates contest. The rules stated that short film submissions were to be five minutes or less about dating. Couches won the contest and was aired on IFC during October, 1999.
Couches has also been screened at the Austin Film Festival 1999, was voted into the Top 20 on Anteye.com and has been broadcast on the Austin Music Network.
